Sagar Club Responsible Play
Games should be a small, enjoyable part of your day. Here’s how to keep Sagar Club that way – and what to do if it isn’t.

Sagar Club‘s games are short and engaging by design. Short rounds remove natural stopping points, which makes it easy to play longer than you meant to. A few simple habits put you back in control.
Sagar Club is for adults only (18+).

Getting help
If gaming is affecting your mood, sleep, relationships or finances, talk to someone. In India, the Tele MANAS mental-health helpline is free and available 24×7 on 14416 (or 1-800-891-4416).
Why short games need firm limits
Long-form games have natural stopping points – the end of a level, a match, a chapter. Short timed games don’t: a new round starts the moment the last one ends. Without a stopping point, the decision to stop has to come from you. That’s why an alarm works better than willpower: it creates the stopping point the game doesn’t.
Building a healthy routine
| Habit | Example |
|---|---|
| Fixed windows | Play only in a chosen window, e.g. 8–8:20pm |
| Fixed days | Two or more days off every week |
| No-play situations | Not at work, not in bed, not when upset |
| Review | Check game history weekly |
Talking to someone
If you’re worried about your own play – or someone else’s – talking helps. A friend, a family member or a counsellor can offer perspective. If you’re worried about someone else, start with curiosity rather than accusation: ‘I’ve noticed you’re on that app a lot – how’s it going?’
Practical tools on your phone
- Android Digital Wellbeing: set an app timer for Sagar Club.
- iPhone Screen Time: set an app limit.
- Bedtime / Focus modes to silence notifications at night.
- Grayscale mode in the evening makes apps less engaging.
If you’ve decided to stop
- Ask support to close your account.
- Uninstall the app and remove the home-screen icon.
- Leave the Telegram channel.
- Delete bookmarks.
- Tell someone, so they can support you.
Signs things are going well
- You stop when your alarm rings.
- You enjoy rest days.
- You don’t think about the app at work or school.
- You’d be fine never opening it again.
If those describe you, keep doing what you’re doing.
